This is my first laser engraver and I couldn’t be happier with it. I own a vertical CNC machine and a CNC router, so I’m very familiar with CNC operation. I had this operating in a matter of minutes. It’s been very reliable and accurate. I would recommend buying Lightburn software. It’s one of the best CNC packages I’ve ever used.

Excellent build quality. Has been easy to use so far after running 5-10 different files. Was a little confused on the driver install for MacBook, but was able to figure it out after 30 min or so of research. Would recommend! Will likely be purchasing a router to compliment this in the future.

Das ist mein erster Lasercuter, er ist stabil gebaut der Eindruck ist sehr Hochwertig. Ich habe erst ein bisschen damit experimentiert die Gravuren sind sehr gut geschnitten habe ich noch nichts. Ich muss mich erst einarbeiten.
Regret not buying before now
Having played and upgraded a 3018 for the past 2 years, this is a refreshing upgrade for probably less Money than ive spent historically. High quality, machine goes together well and functions beautifully. Regret not buying before now

Großartiger Service. Habe Teils Ersatzteile aber auch komplette Baugruppen bestellt. Es wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Auf Grund der Entfernung dauerte es halt ein paar Wochen. Das Ergebnis ist echt toll. Vielen Dank dafür.
