Came on time and great response time from company.

Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, but the CF card arrived unusable which has made setting up the machine very difficult. The chat function on the website is aptly named “AI” and is not very useful.
I am missing all the LightBurn macros that would have installed from the CF card.

Das ist mein erster Lasercuter, er ist stabil gebaut der Eindruck ist sehr Hochwertig. Ich habe erst ein bisschen damit experimentiert die Gravuren sind sehr gut geschnitten habe ich noch nichts. Ich muss mich erst einarbeiten.

The purchase went smoothly – the product arrived on time and in perfect condition. The laser cutter has met my expectations, and I especially appreciate the Z-axis autofocus feature, which makes the workflow more precise and user-friendly.
