Professional-looking waterproof stickers require more than printing an adhesive label and adding a cut line. The durable workflow uses printable synthetic vinyl, pigment-based ink, and a clear cold-laminate film before the sheet is contour-cut. Build the Three-Layer Sticker

A kiss-cut path uses lighter blade pressure or a shallower setting. The goal is to separate the sticker material without cutting through the backing. If the blade cuts into the liner, the sheet may become difficult to weed and the stickers may separate unintentionally.
A die-cut path uses greater pressure or a deeper setting so the blade passes through the complete stack.
